3. Payment and Refund Policy

Digital Courses and Products: All course and digital content sales are non-refundable once access is granted.

Coaching Sessions: Coaching payments are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a completed session.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue is a violation of these Terms.

4. Scheduling and Session Policy

For one-on-one coaching or discovery calls:

Rescheduling is permitted when requested in advance, subject to availability.

Habitual rescheduling or no-shows may result in loss of session rights without refund.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We are committed to providing supportive, high-quality guidance. However, results are dependent on individual implementation, circumstances, and personal effort. No specific outcome is guaranteed from any course or coaching program.

6. Non-Medical and Non-Legal Disclaimer

Content provided by Victoria Essner, including coaching, course materials, and community guidance, is educational and supportive in nature.
We do not provide medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. For medical or legal concerns, users should consult a licensed professional.

7. Community Conduct

To maintain a respectful and safe environment:

Harassment, abusive language, or harmful behavior is not permitted.

Members are expected to engage with courtesy and respect.

We reserve the right to remove access to community spaces for conduct that goes against these values, without refund.

8. Technology and Platform Access

Access to digital content requires internet access and a compatible device. Users are responsible for maintaining their own equipment and login security.
Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account violates these Terms and may result in suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, written materials, videos, recordings, and program frameworks are intellectual property of Victoria Essner.
You are granted a limited, personal-use-only license, which may be revoked in cases of misuse.
